How Do I Correct An Error In Credit Card Statement?
If you notice any mistakes or errors in your credit card statement, you need to get it rectified to be able to pay off your credit card bills. Here is how you can rectify the error in your statement.
- You can contact the merchant to discuss the transaction dispute. If you still aren’t satisfied with the results, you can submit a dispute form to the SBI Bank within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
- You can visit the Forms Central page and download the ‘Transaction Dispute Form’ (TDF). The dispute form can be emailed to SBI Bank on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You can keep documents like cancellation receipt, payment bills, refund message, etc. that are mentioned in the TDF form for specific disputes. A written acknowledgment will be sent to you by SBI Bank.

No, SBI Bank doesn’t charge any fee if you are downloading the duplicate statement. A fee is charged for requesting a hard copy of more than two months period. The fee levied is INR 100 and the tax charges per statement.
